This place has been a saving grace not just the doctors and the individual therapist's but the pathways group has been huge for me.
I have been going here for 6 years now since I had last had insurance. They have had me stabilized periodically but can never get my meds right. The programs they have are great like pathways and crossroads just the medication staff could be better. Dr Achim is good but I can't see her on a regular basis.
I got to portage path been going there about a year now since i moved to akron ohio && they are a really big help staff is patient work with u have respect amd actially helped me to get on my feet && start a new life....this place treats you like family and shall i say i really close friend that they been know all they life...... They also remebers all their clients by face or name even if its not first name its the last name and some might just give you lil pet names (nicknames) if you dont mind it....... O really think this place is good with people that have mental problems and not jist mental problems some us dont look at as a mental problem we jist look at it as being we a lil different from others.. To keep us from feelin we really have a mental misbehaviors.....
